In this section you will find activities of a social carried out by the Order of the Guardian Knights of Calatrava
To the tireless work in developing and raising awareness of the disease “Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)” and those who suffer from it.
On the occasion of the Celebration of Chapter VII, LTo the Order of the Knights Guardians of Calatrava la Vieja has wanted to publicly acknowledge the work that is done “BIKER INITIATIVE FOR ALS” They are a large group of people (patients, family members, friends…) affected by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), where they share experiences, concerns, protests and proposals… All eager to do more than just talk, determined to “take action” to achieve the application of experimental therapies (with stem cells, for example) that can cure the disease, or at least stop or slow down the degenerative course.
